The Maryland Pathways to Partnership Initiative provides services to students with disabilities ages 10-21 in planning for the future. Students ages 10-13 to plan for the future, learn about resources available, connect to services, and explore career pathways. Students ages 14-21 may hone skills, gain work experiences and learn the tools for success in the world of work.

A PreK-3 classroom will open at Denton Elementary School for the 2025-2026 school year. Previously, eligible students in the Denton school area were accommodated in other schools. However, with the expansion of PreK-3 in Maryland, Caroline is now able to provide classrooms in all elementary schools. Location: Easton High School (free transportation provided)
This program will engage students in hands-on activities that lead to career paths in cybersecurity, media arts, video design, health, computer science, and engineering.
The program is in partnership with People for Change Coalition, Mid-Shore Regional Council, Rural Maryland Council, and Caroline, Dorchester, and Talbot County Public Schools.

Ella recently won a gold medal at the SkillsUSA Competition in the category of Cosmetology – Hair, Esthetics, and Nails, held in Westminster, Maryland.
