The Caroline County Judy Centers promote school readiness through collaboration with community-based agencies and organizations.  Through these partnerships, the Judy Centers are able to provide a full range of early intervention and comprehensive services within the school and center.

The Caroline Early Learning Advisory Council, or CELAC, is a team in Caroline County that meets regularly to support each other in the mission of supporting Caroline families.

 

CELAC’s mission: We foster coordination and collaboration among partners to ensure all Caroline County families have equitable access to high-quality programs, supports and services, so that children arrive at school with a healthy body and mind, and with the foundational skills needed to thrive.

CELAC vision: All of Caroline County’s young children and their families will thrive.
