We had lots of individual and groups winners - sparkly, interactive, inclusive, hilarious - but as promised, the People's Choice trophy (72 reactions when voting closed!) was awarded to our receptionist, Alice. We finally got the very busy Ms. Valdes-Bradner into a board meeting to be recognized as the Maryland Foreign Language Association Teacher of the Year, which was announced in September.
