We're excited to announce a new partnership at CRHS! Mid Shore Community Mediation Center is a local non-profit community resource serving Caroline, Dorchester, and Talbot counties offering a variety of conflict management and dispute resolution services. They have various partnerships in all three counties and are excited to embark on their second year of partnership with CCPS. The mediators (also known as "The Peace Team") will be available to provide direct mediation, and other conflict management interventions, to our students and staff. Their services are voluntary and any conversations held are kept confidential (barring safety concerns). Neutral mediators guide participants through a process where they are given the opportunity to speak openly and honestly with others, the goal being to work things out and create a plan on how they would like to see things be different moving forward.
The Peace Team has already been doing incredible things at CRHS! Anyone can make a referral for mediation by emailing: carolineschools@midshoremediation.org. #ColonelTOUGH
Though October is officially National Farm to School Month, our cafeteria features fresh fruits and vegetables and healthy food every day! You can always find academic dean Mr. Oberdorf with a school lunch! #ColonelTOUGH
Our senior class is raising money for fun senior activities! Order from our fruit and cheesecake fundraiser from any senior. Seniors who sell at least four items get a free Prom ticket! #ColonelTOUGH
CRHS teacher Mr. Chad Shelly sent out a quick request to CRHS students for donations for those affected by the hurricane in North Carolina, and our students answered the call! We were able to send lots of water and supplies with community member Devon Greene! #ColonelTOUGH
Congratulations to the CRHS varsity girls soccer team for their 8-0 win over Crisfield High School! Goals were scored by seniors Vanessa Odidika and Carly Van Schaik, junior Abbie Gunnarsson, and sophomores Ryleigh Hall, Brynne Harper, and Sadie Prettyman. #ColonelTOUGH #homegrown

The CRHS boys varsity soccer team played an excellent game against Easton High School, losing just 2-1. The goal was scored by sophomore Shafay Alvi off an assist from senior Cameron Todd. #ColonelTOUGH #homegrown

Today is National Custodian Appreciation Day, and we are very grateful to have the fantastic team of Mr. James, Ms. Owanda, Ms. Christina, Mr. Ricky, and Mr. Chuck at our school! They work tirelessly to keep our school beautiful and are always willing to lend a helping hand! #ColonelTOUGH
