This year's CRHS Strength & Conditioning students visited the football training facilities at Jones-Hill House at the University of Maryland! They were given a tour of the facility, then spent time in the weight room with the director of football strength and conditioning, Ryan Davis. They completed a Q&A and gained insight on various topics related to strength and conditioning. #ColonelTOUGH
