Congratulations to our January Athletes of the Month - seniors Lindsay Wood, Justin Wallace, DyAsia Thompson, and Ally Conde (cheerleading), sophomore LeShaun Allen (boys basketball), and junior Jaz Jackson (girls basketball)!
Coach Conde says Lindsay, Justin, DyAsia, and Ally have worked tirelessly to create half-time routines, time-out dances, and cheers for their team. They are always ready to step up to the plate and help with anything the JV needs. They have overcome many hurdles and work great as a team. They are currently creating a full competition routine so their team can attend Maryland Madness in February!
Coach Plutschak says LeShaun shows heart by having perfect practice attendance, leading by example, always hustling on the floor, and getting good grades in the classroom.
Coach Corsey says Jaz goes above and beyond with all she does for the team. She works hard at practice, helps teammates, and does well in school. #ColonelTOUGH #homegrown

Congratulations to CRHS alumnus Tony Worm for being inducted into the McDaniel College Athletics Hall of Fame! He played golf at CRHS and went on to have an outstanding college career! #ColonelTOUGH #homegrown

Due to electrical issues, all after school events scheduled to be held at CRHS are canceled today, January 23rd. The boys basketball team will still travel to St Michaels High School for their game. #ColonelTOUGH #homegrown

CRMS and CRHS Families,
We are experiencing an intermittent power outage at both CRMS and CRHS, which also impacts our phones. Given that the power outage is widespread and many of our families’ homes are impacted, we will be keeping the schools open, using the generator, and making adjustments as needed.
Student drivers are being released. Should parents wish to pick up their student, they may do so. However, please be assured that students remaining at school are safe and warm, and lunch will be provided.
In addition, high school finals are cancelled for today. We will provide updates as they occur.
Jared Sherman, CRHS Principal
Yolanda Holloway, CRMS Principal
