Group Pose

The second cohort of employees completed the Caroline County Public Schools Aspiring Leaders Program, offered from throughout the fall of this year.

The graduate level course, led by Director of Instruction Lindsey McCormick and former administrator Dr. James Orr, was designed to address the philosophical, theoretical and practical issues faced by public school leaders in an ever-changing world. Topics dealt with all facets of administration such as budget and finance, effective communication, school improvement, Human Resources, curriculum and instruction, equity vs. equality, and crisis management.
