Choptank Community Health School Based Health Centers (SBHC) are open this summer for student services including sports physicals. Hours for all locations are 7:30 am until 4:30 pm with the following schedule:
Lockerman Middle School: Monday through Thursday, June through August

Caroline students enrolled in School-Based Health Care can receive medical, behavioral health, nutrition care, and sports physicals.
