At their February meeting, the Board voted to adjust the 2025-2026 school year calendar as follows:
Monday, February 16 (Presidents Day) is now a full day for students and staff
Monday, March 16 is now a full day for students and staff
Other adjustments not requiring Board approval:
Friday, February 6 is now a half day for students and a full day for staff
These adjustments were made due to the recent inclement weather days used*, and an effort to avoid extending the school year. With these changes, and if no further inclement weather days are used, the last day of school for students remains June 17, 2025 (half-day).
*School was closed five (5) days for inclement weather on December 5, 2025 and January 26, 27, 28, 29, 2026. Three (3) days were included in the original school year calendar for inclement weather; therefore, two (2) make-up days were required.
