Did you know it is Literacy in Ag week? Thank you to Kristen Hayman for coming in to teach our students about food production and the importance of farming.
GES will host their academic night, "A Night at the Fair," this Thursday, March 19th from 5:30-7:00pm.
Monday, March 16 - Due to impending inclement weather this afternoon, Caroline County Schools will close early today. Dismissal times are 1:00 pm for middle and high schools, and 2:00 pm for elementary schools. All afterschool activities are cancelled. Please be safe in your travels.
Running Club Announcement: Running Club is cancelled for this week, March 16th-20th. The club will resume next week, starting Monday, March 23rd.

Did you hear a loud noise this morning?? Students in Caroline joined in #HeartheCrunch to highlight the importance of the School Breakfast Program, which ensures students are fueled up and ready to learn! Dr. Simmons had a great time crunching along with #GESHornets in Ms. Swann's class. All those beautiful apples were supplied by Rinehart Farms in Smithburg, Maryland

Reyes and Gunter's 5th grade class completed activities from the Delmarva Power's Energize Education Program. The program helps students and their families learn about the importance of natural resources. Students were provided with an energy saving take home kit free of charge! Thank you to our partners at Delmarva Energize Education for this opportunity.
