At their April work session, the Board of Education approved the last day of school for Wednesday, June 12 for all students, and it will be a half day.
Thursday, June 13 is the last work day for teachers.
School calendars are approved by the Board of Education before the start of the school year. State law dictates that inclement weather days be built into the calendar which factors into determining the last day of school. Two inclement weather days were used this school year. The last day is traditionally approved by the Board in April, once the potential for inclement weather has reasonably passed.
